Passport: copy of all data pages.Old passport if any.Original Passport which should be valid for the intended stay and must have 2 back to back blank pages for visa stamping
Visa Application Form: duly filled visa application form
Cover Letter: Covering letter from Applicant stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the Applicant..Letter should be on a plain paper if employed person and on letterhead of the company if self employed.
Financial Document: Original personal bank statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank name and bank’s telephone number..Income tax return for last 3 years .Other financial papers like proof of investment in shares or mutual funds, property paper, Fix Deposit Receipts etc.
If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
Documents from Students: NOC from School/College.School/ College Id card copy
