• Where is my booking?

  Open My trips. Each file shows its status, invoice, and cancellation.

• Can I hold a fare?

  A quoted fare stays on the checkout page until it expires. If the price changes, the new fare is shown before you pay.

• How do I ask about a booking?

  Send a note below with the booking reference. The desk replies by email.
