Services

We arrange flights, stays, visas, tours, cars, and events as a travel facilitator. Final supplier rules (fares, cancellation, visas) apply to each booking. Quotes may change until payment is confirmed.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep login credentials secure. Corporate, agency, and vendor desks may require approval before use. Misuse or fraud may lead to suspension.

Payments and changes

Amounts are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes and fees follow the quote at checkout. Date changes, cancellations, and refunds follow the product rules and any desk policy that applies to your organisation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape the site in a way that harms service, or use the platform for unlawful travel. Public pages do not disclose supplier internals or commercial net rates.

Liability

We work carefully to confirm bookings, but carriers and hotels control operations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees we charged for the affected booking file.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
