Questions couples and planners ask
How do I check if a venue is free on my dates?
Open the venue, choose your first and last day and press Check availability. Our desk confirms every date in writing with your quote.
Are the prices per plate final?
They are our guest prices per plate before taxes. Your written quote adds the menu you choose, the number of guests and the applicable taxes.
Can you hold rooms for our guests?
Many venues can hold a block of rooms with a cut-off date. Tell us how many rooms you need in the quote request.
Do I pay anything to request a quote?
No. A quote request is free. A deposit is only asked for when you accept a quote.
Can we bring our own decorator or caterer?
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists whether outside decorators and caterers are allowed.
